Copper & Cove Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you never have to return any of your fabulous clothes, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If not, we will do everything in our power to make it work out for you.

Please fill out the return form HERE and include it in the package when you send it back to us!

To process a return, please download and print 

RETURNS:

  • We do not issue refunds. We only issue store credit. Store credit will be issue to you via an e-giftcard to use at any point. Store credit will never expire.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged 
  • You have a 14-day window from when your order was delivered to return your items for store credit or exchange for another size.

  • Shipping for return items is non-refundable unless we made an error and the mistake was ours, therefore the buyer is responsible for the shipping.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for items to be processed. You will receive and email from customer service with your store credit or exchange order once processed.

    EXCHANGES:

    • For all exchanges, you will be issued an e-giftcard once your return is processed. We typically recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange as we cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock.  

    DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

    • If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service  by emailing at shopcopperandcove@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.

    • If you contact us outside of the 3 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return.

     DAMAGED ITEMS:

    • We take our shipping process very seriously and our team makes sure that each item is packaged to get to you in the way you expect it to. We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned with USPS, UPS, Fedex or any other shipment provider.
